Tershea Rice is a dynamic leader dedicated to fostering community empowerment and social justice in Baltimore. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Operations Officer for the Greater Baltimore Urban League, Tershea brings over two decades of experience blending administrative prowess with a fervent passion for human resources. Her journey from a U.S. Navy Veteran to an esteemed advocate reflects a deep-seated commitment to service.

A proud Baltimorean, Tershea’s advocacy extends across civil rights, women’s rights, health, and educational equity, rooted in the belief that genuine change begins at the grassroots level. Beyond her professional pursuits, Tershea embodies entrepreneurship, having founded her own sanitation company as a testament to economic empowerment and the transformative power of love.

Tershea’s dedication to fostering a more inclusive and equitable Baltimore permeates every facet of her life. Her outgoing personality and innate ability to connect with community members on a personal level make everyone feel welcomed and valued.
