Currently serving as the Interim Chief Operations Officer for the Greater Baltimore Urban League, Tershea brings over two decades of experience blending administrative prowess with a fervent passion for human resources. Her journey from a U.S. Navy Veteran to an esteemed advocate reflects a deep-seated commitment to service.
