Greater Baltimore
Leadership Association

Empowering Young
Professionals for Impact and Growth

The Greater Baltimore Leadership Association (GBLA) serves as a place for young professionals in Baltimore, aged 21 to 40, dedicated to embodying and advancing the mission of the Greater Baltimore Urban League (GBUL). Our focus is on nurturing the professional growth of our members, contributing meaningful community service, and promoting the values of economic self-reliance, parity, power, and civil rights for African Americans and other minorities.

Our Goal

At GBLA, we are committed to mobilizing young professionals within the
National Urban League’s movement, aiming to create a future where
minorities enjoy full economic and civic participation. We provide a platform
for members to contribute to the Baltimore community, engage with the
Urban League’s initiatives, and connect with peers who share a passion for
social justice and professional development.
